We start with a 30-minute Google Meet to hear about your business, your goals, and your current setup. You can ask us anything—this call is all about making sure we’re a good fit; and that you trust us.

Step 2: Simple Sign-Up

If we’re both saying “let’s do this,” we’ll send over two things:

  • A clear, easy-to-read working agreement for your signature. 

  • The first invoice (no surprise fees or legal acrobatics here).

Once those are squared away, you’re officially on the roster!

Step 3: Onboarding Survey

This is where the real groundwork begins. You’ll get a link to a digital survey that covers the must-know details—your branding, voice, goals, competitors, and a few things you might not have thought of yet. It’s like our secret sauce for getting everything right from the start.

Step 4: The Big Kickoff Call

We’ll schedule a one-hour onboarding call to go over all the essential stuff:

  • Your website logins and Google My Business access

  • Any platforms you already use (like WordPress or Squarespace)

  • Keyword research

  • What to expect in the first 30–90 days

This is also where we lock in priorities and timelines. We’ll keep it tight and productive.

Step 5: Asynchronous Magic

Here’s where things get cozy (and efficient). After onboarding, most of the work is done via email, Loom video updates, and monthly progress reports. We don’t believe in meetings just for the sake of meetings—so unless we really need to hop on a call, we won’t.
